Arranging A Funeral
Our services to you start the minute you contact us, whether it be by telephone or in person at any of our branches.
On initial contact we will ask for preliminary details, whereupon the deceased has passed and we will then advise on the conveyance of the deceased to our chapel of rest.
We would then ask, at a time and place to suit the family, for the funeral director to call and arrange the funeral. This could take place in any of our branches, or in the comfort of your own home.
Our staff will guide you every step of the way, and be on hand 24/7 for support.
The only part of the process we can not do for you is registering the death. Once the death certificate has been issued, the next of kin or executor of the deceased must register the death. In Scotland, a death can be registered at any registry office. Our staff will arrange this for you.
